Refund policy
Education Workbooks:
All sales of our education workbooks are final as we do not offer refunds on educational workbooks, textbooks, test papers or study aids unless the circumstances of your case require a refund applicable under the Australian consumer protection laws. If the workbooks are defective or do not meet the statutory guarantees provided by the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a choice of a refund, exchange, or repair.
If you believe your workbook is faulty or has issues that may be covered by consumer law, please contact us immediately at hello@harvesteducation.com.au. Please provide a detailed description of the defect, your receipt or invoice number, and where possible, include photographic evidence.
Online Courses:
All purchases of our online courses, including those for OC, Selective, and Scholarship test preparation, are final. Refunds are only provided if the course does not meet the statutory guarantees under Australian Consumer Law. This may include situations where the course is not delivered as described or is inaccessible due to technical issues beyond your control.
If you experience any problems with accessing or using your online course that may warrant a remedy under consumer law, please reach out to us at hello@harvesteducation.com.au with your receipt or invoice number, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant screenshots or error messages.
